We have bought our marridal rings from them, and we love them. We had a ring that we wanted to resize and see if they could modify for us, and the did with no issues at all. Kentus Plummer, the jewler, gave my wife and I a VIP treatment and he modified and made a beautiful custom ring out of my original! We always have planned to get our jewelry from here, but this last trip just sealed the deal! I would highly recommend them!

wow I don't even know where to start!! I just went into Genesis to have my ring cleaned and serviced and from the time I walked into the door to the time i went to the back desk to have my ring cleaned the service was exceptional. Kentus the jeweler came out came out and double checked the sizing and saw my sweet daughter and he said come with me and took us back to fix my ring right there. He and the team are absolutely expectional and I can't say enough good things about the team at Genesis. Everytime I am in they go above and beyond and I truly appreciate it.

Vetta was great! She let me play around with different rings to find one I loved, but it was just too big for my taste. She suggested having a smaller version shipped from another store. It came in quickly and was perfect! Vetta helped find my ring size and sent the ring off to be sized. Again, it came back quickly and was the perfect fit. Vetta was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. I love my new ring and had a great experience at Genesis!

Genesis diamonds did an amazing job upgrading my diamond and keeping my original ring intact! That was very important to me. After having another so pleasant experience with Kays trying to make me buy a whole new ring, the experience with Genesis was priceless! The customer service there was nothing other than greatness! We definitely will be back!

This was by far some of the best customer service I’ve ever had! I called Genesis in a pinch because the ring I ordered wasn’t arriving on time… I made the call to Genesis on Tuesday and by Thursday, they had put together the ring I wanted. Several people jumped on board to help me out including Brandon and Chris, both of which went out of their way to call around and hunt until they found what was needed to get me this ring. After Chris updated me many many times, I had the ring Thursday afternoon for the proposal Friday! Chris even sent me updates as the ring was in production (included above). When picking up the ring, customer service was also very great and the staff welcomed me in. I would definitely recommend Genesis! It has been an incredible experience the past few days and I look forward to coming back to shop for wedding bands soon :)

Kendus was excellent he did an outstanding job and I was super impressed with his ability and kindness. He made me feel genuinely cared for as a customer even though I was there for a repair. The initial young female representative that met me at the door treated me like I was not a human when she found out that I was there for only a repair and interested in making sure my Rolex was insured for a proper amount. When I picked up my resized ring today Kendus remembered me and thanked me for coming in. He directed me towards a diamond necklace selection that I was interested in for my wife for our 54th anniversary coming up. Wes kindly helped me and is sending me a text of the necklace so I can show it to my wife for her approval. I’m looking forward to making a purchase. If I had not had a great experience with Kendus I would’ve taken my $ elsewhere. The experience I had with the initial young female made me feel like I was not welcome. The ladies that handled my repair order and pick up were also kind and friendly.

My husband has gotten me several pieces at Genesis to include my wedding ring, and we won’t shop at any another jeweler. Not only is their staff AMAZING and make you feel like the only customer in the building, the quality of every piece they carry is hands down and by far the best in Louisville. Recently, I accidentally put my Tacori ring in cleaner and thought I destroyed it. It looked tarnished beyond repair. I brought it in on a Tuesday and picked it up on Friday. I’m stunned and amazed that it looks brand new! I wish I took better pictures (last one is when I picked it up), but when I tell you it looked like I bought a new ring, I’m not exaggerating. I am a long time customer and will continue to be. If you stop in, you won’t be sorry.

Genesis diamonds helped us custom make the most perfect ring! I had chosen 2 rings and said I want parts off each and a colored 2ct center stone and they made it happen! It’s so gorgeous thanks to Chris Clark, all our visions have come true! A ring fit for a princess! It feels like a ring from Cinderella. Such an amazing experience, we felt so special!
